The mission holds a command this firmware cannot carry out
What ArduPilot says:
- Skipping invalid cmd #N
In Auto the mission reached a command this firmware does not know; it is skipped and the mission goes on with the next one. The number after “#” is not the item's place in the mission: it is the MAVLink command number (MAV_CMD) of the command that was skipped. A skipped navigation command changes the path the mission flies, so look at where the aircraft will go next.
What to do, most likely first
The mission was planned for another vehicle type, or with a planner set to another firmware.
CheckLook the number up in the list of
MAV_CMDcommands and find that item in the mission.FixPlan the mission while connected to this aircraft, so the planner offers only the commands it supports.
The feature behind the command was left out of this board's firmware (gripper, winch, payload place, scripting).
CheckThe Firmware Inspector lists what a firmware file was built with.
FixBuild a firmware that includes the feature, or remove the command.
