What an ArduPilot message means and what to do about it

Українська

A change-speed command was applied

InformationMissions, fence, rally points, terrainPlane only

What ArduPilot says:

A DO_CHANGE_SPEED command, from the mission or the ground station, changed a target. “Set airspeed”: the new airspeed for AUTO and GUIDED; it is accepted only between AIRSPEED_MIN and AIRSPEED_MAX and is forgotten at disarm. “Set groundspeed”: the value was written to MIN_GROUNDSPEED, the least ground speed the plane keeps into a headwind. “Set throttle”: the value, in percent, was written to TRIM_THROTTLE, the cruise throttle. The last two are not saved: they return to the stored values at the end of an automatic landing or at the next start.

What to do, most likely first

  1. You asked for an airspeed and no “Set airspeed” line came: the value was outside the allowed range.

FixAsk for a speed between AIRSPEED_MIN and AIRSPEED_MAX, or widen those two if the plane can safely fly it.
