A switch on the transmitter changed position

A channel with a function (its RCn_OPTION) moved to another position: the message gives the channel, the function's name and LOW, MIDDLE or HIGH. It also appears once at start-up for each such switch. In a log these lines tell you what the pilot did and when: “RC7: GPSDisable HIGH” is the pilot switching the GPS off.
