What an ArduPilot message means and what to do about it

Українська

A switch is set to a function this firmware does not have

WarningRadio control

What ArduPilot says:

An RCn_OPTION holds a number this firmware cannot act on: the function belongs to another vehicle type or a newer version, or the feature was left out of this board's build. The switch does nothing.

What to do, most likely first

  1. The parameters came from another vehicle or another version.

CheckThe first message gives the channel and the number; look the number up in that parameter's list of values.

FixSet the RCn_OPTION to a function from the list, or to 0.

  2. The feature is not built into this board's firmware (small boards leave many out).

CheckThe Firmware Inspector lists what a firmware file was built with.

FixBuild a firmware with the feature, or use another function.
