What an ArduPilot message means and what to do about it

Українська

A command to start the engine was refused

Stops itMotors, ESCs and outputsPlane only

What ArduPilot says:

An engine-start command came from the mission or the ground station and was not carried out. “already running”: the engine is running, or a start is already in progress. “start control disabled”: the engine start switch (RCn_OPTION 179) is in its low position, which means stop, and the switch has the last word over commands.

What to do, most likely first

  1. The start switch on the transmitter is low.

FixPut the switch in the middle to let commands and the mission start the engine, or high to start it yourself.

  2. The engine was already running when the mission's start command came.

FixNothing to fix: the command had nothing to do.
