What an ArduPilot message means and what to do about it

Українська

The motor test was refused: the radio is not calibrated

Stops itMotors, ESCs and outputsCopter only

What ArduPilot says:

A motor test that takes its throttle as a percentage or from the stick (and Turtle mode) first runs the radio calibration checks used for arming: roll, pitch, throttle and yaw must each have a calibrated minimum of 1300 µs or lower and a maximum of 1700 µs or higher, with the trim between them. One failed, and a “PreArm:” line sent just before this one says which. A test given as a raw PWM value skips this check.

What to do, most likely first

  1. The radio calibration has not been done yet.

CheckRC1_MIN to RC4_MAX still hold their defaults, 1100 and 1900.

FixCalibrate the radio, moving every stick to both ends, then run the motor test again (props off).

  2. The parameters were reset, or loaded from another aircraft, and the calibration went with them.

FixCalibrate the radio again on this aircraft.
