What ArduPilot says:
- Clearing Mission
MIS_OPTIONS bit 0 (clear mission on reboot) is set, so ArduPilot erased the stored mission as it started. The option is for aircraft that must never fly yesterday's mission by mistake. Until a mission is uploaded again, Auto has nothing to fly.
If missions keep vanishing and you did not ask for this, clear bit 0 of MIS_OPTIONS.
