What ArduPilot says:

A line of the start-up banner on boards with an IOMCU, the small second processor that drives the MAIN outputs and reads the receiver and the safety switch. The three numbers are its chip type, its chip revision and its processor ID. The line tells you the two processors are talking; its absence on such a board, with BRD_IO_ENABLE at 1, means they are not.
