A GPS receiver was found
What ArduPilot says:
- GPS N: probing for … at N baud
- GPS N: detected …
- GPS N: specified as …
These lines follow a receiver being found. “GPS 1: probing for u-blox at 230400 baud” means a driver was started for the first GPS on a serial port; for a u-blox, its data was recognised at that speed. “specified as …” is the same for a receiver that is not searched for but named by its type (DroneCAN, MAVLink, MSP): “DroneCAN1-125” is CAN bus 1, node 125. “detected …” follows when the first complete message has been read. The first of them is repeated at the start of every log.
If these lines return every few seconds, the receiver is found and then lost: after 4 s without a complete message ArduPilot starts the search again. Look for a loose connector or a supply that sags.
