The barometer was zeroed at start-up
What ArduPilot says:
- Baro: no sensors found, skipping calibration
- Calibrating barometer
- Barometer N calibration complete
- Baro: skipping calibration after WDG reset
At every start ArduPilot records the air pressure where it stands and calls that height zero; all barometer heights in the flight are measured from it. It lets the sensor settle for a second, averages five readings and stores the result, about 2 s in all, with one “calibration complete” line per barometer (numbered from 1). “skipping calibration after WDG reset” appears after a watchdog restart: the old zero is kept so that a restart in the air does not move the ground. “no sensors found” appears on boards that are allowed to run without a barometer.
