What ArduPilot says:
- PreArm: Downloading logs
The ground station is downloading a log over the telemetry link. While that goes on ArduPilot does not write a new log, so it will not arm. On a board that logs to a flash chip, even listing the logs counts.
What to do, most likely first
The log download window is still open, or a download is running.
FixLet it finish or cancel it, and close the window.
The ground station was closed or lost the link in the middle of a download.
FixReboot the flight controller: only the ground station's “end” message, or a reboot, stops the transfer.
